On our first evening we were welcomed by this glorious June rain shower and rainbow!
We dropped in with Kripalu lineage holder Michael Johnson who shared stories of the Kripalu lineage, and taught us breath work to support in balancing our nervous systems and to relax.Mindful natural beekeeping to us means, slowing down, finding our center and listening deeply. The honeybees are incredible communicators and it is our work as beekeepers to get our own stuff and agendas out of the way in order to hear and see clearly what the honeybees are telling us they want and need. We then act from a place of connection and relationship, this in tern builds trust and respect.
